Sedona is one of those unexplainably magical places that is worth the hype. Even if you are not into woo woo crystal vortex believers, it is impossible not to feel the power of this place.
The light is something special which turns the already stunning red rock and breathtaking landscapes into a photographer’s paradise. There are so many popular hikes that live up to their reputation.
Add a sprinkle of art and excellent South Western food and you are in for a good time.

Our Itinerary
March 23rd - Arrive in Phoenix no later than 3pm to transfer to Sedona. After checking into our hotel we will enjoy a welcome dinner together
March 24th - We will hike Soldier’s Pass in the morning and enjoy a short hike on Broken Arrow trail for sunset. We can spend the afternoon wandering downtown Sedona or visiting one of Sedona’s many energy vortexes
March 25th - We will be up bright and early for a sunrise hot air ballon ride! Take a nap or relax mid-day after our early wake up before we set off to hike the most iconic trail in Sedona, Devil’s Bridge and a short hike to Cathedral Rock for sunset
March 26th - Get ready for mind bending landscapes as we experience the most photographed slot canyon in the world and Arizona's most iconic river view all in one unforgettable day! Yes, it will be another early morning but you can nap in the car as we head to Page for the day to visit Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend
March 27th - On our last full day we will embark on our biggest hike of the trip with Boynton Canyon and Subway Cave. After our hike we will check out the artist Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village
March 28th - we will enjoy one last breakfast together and depart for the airport by 9 am
Specific hikes are subject to change due to trail conditions, parking availability and circumstances beyond our control. Don’t fret, we have back up hikes and every hike in Sedona is spectacular in its own way.

Nichole is an adventure homeschool mom based in Arkansas. She started traveling and car camping solo with her kids when they were just babies and hasn’t stopped. She has a knack for finding the coolest vacation rentals, delicious coffee and gorgeous waterfalls. She is funny and kind and thoughtful and will be the perfect trip co-lead for this desert women’s adventure.

Women 21+ who have a sense of adventure and who want to connect with themselves and meet other adventurous women! If you need a break, a trip completely managed by someone else where all you have to do is just show up, I have you covered. Have you been dreaming about the magic red rocks of Sedona? Do you want to develop a bond with women who started out as strangers?

How do I get to Sedona?
Transportation from the Phoenix airport to Sedona will be arranged in advance. It is about a two hour drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to our hotel in Sedona. Transportation from the Flagstaff airport can also be arranged if necessary.
Please book flights to arrive in Phoenix no later than 3pm on March 23rd and depart after 1pm on March 28th.

Do I need to be in great shape?
This is a hiking focussed trip that involves some scrambling . You should have a baseline of physical fitness and be prepared to hike 7 miles a day.
What if I sign up now and can’t come?
Things happen all the time, I get it. While I can not offer immediate refunds or cancelations, I will make every effort to resell your spot on the trip and refund you as soon as the spot is filled by someone else. If unforeseen circumstances arise and the trip needs to be canceled, I will issue refunds, reschedule the trip for later in 2025 or 2026.
Do I have to pay all at once?
Nope! All that is necessary to secure your spot is a $500 deposit. The balance will be due by February 1st. You are welcome to pay the balance in installments or all at once.
Do I need to book with a friend or can I come by myself?
Not at all! That is one of the awesome benefits to joining a group trip like this: the opportunity to make new friends! You are welcome to book with a friend if you the stars align and you both want in on this trip. If you and a friend want to come together and are willing to share a queen bed, please reserve one spot and contact me directly for very discounted pricing on the second spot.
I can’t make this trip, when is the next one?
I am working on it! I would love to host a handful of trips a year for adventurous women and I am actively plotting one cozy fall retreat and a few more for the spring and summer of 2025. Cost - $2299
Only a $500 deposit is necessary to secure your spot on this once in a lifetime trip!
The remaining balance of $1799 is due by February 1st, 2025.
Space is limited on this intimate trip so don’t sleep on this opportunity for adventure, bonding with rad women in a gorgeous environment.
All rooms are shared rooms with your own queen bed. If you are booking with a friend, you can certainly room together.
Limited discounted spots are available for $1999 but when those spots are gone, they’re gone so don’t wait on this one!
By purchasing this deposit you accept that the total retreat price is $1999 and your balance of $1499 is due by February 1st, 2025. By purchasing the half pay option you accept to pay the balance of $1000 due by February 1st, 2025.
